How do I open an account with W6?

Opening an account with W6 is quick and easy. Simply head to www.w6.com and click the "Register" button where you'll be asked for a few details to complete your registration.

Can I have more than one account?

No. As per our licence requirements, each player can only have one active account at any one time. If you have forgotten the details of your account, then please get in touch with our customer support team. Any suspected multiple accounts will be closed.

How do I find out if I already have an account?

If you suspect that you already have an account with us, you can contact our customer support team, they will happily take a look for you.

How can I reset my password?

Simply head to the W6 website, and click the "forgot password" button on the login page. We will send a link to your registered email address to reset your password. You can also contact our customer support team via live chat or email, they will be happy to help.

What should I do if my account details are incorrect?

Please get in touch with our customer support team if you discover a mistake.

How can I change my Username on my account?

The username on your account cannot be changed. If you have forgotten your username, please get in touch with our customer support team.

How do I close my account with W6?

What should I do if my name or gender has legally changed?

If your name or gender has legally changed since the creation of your account, you can provide us with one of these documents to verify this:

Name change:

·       Marriage Certificate

·       Two acceptable ID Documents. One showing the previous name and one with the new name Proof of name change from a tax agency Change of name deed poll.

 Gender change:

·       Old and new updated ID/ Passport/ driving license. Please make sure to take photos of the documents too! Due to security measures, we cannot accept scanned versions of your documents.
