What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount may vary based on the region, currency, and the selected payment method. Once a payment method is chosen, the minimum and maximum limits will be displayed in the "Amount" box.

Can I deposit to an account which is not in my name?

No. You are only allowed to deposit to a W6 account in your name.

Can I make a withdrawal to my friend's account?

No. You can only withdraw using the same payment method you used for the deposit in your name. 

How do I deposit in cryptocurrency with W6?

W6 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency directly to your account. We know that our players need easy access to crypto and fiat, we teamed up with 3rd party payment provider that allows our players convert crypto into fiat before making a deposit.

Does W6 convert my funds into cryptocurrency when I make a withdrawal?

W6 will never convert your funds into any cryptocurrency directly . If you deposited in VND, then you'll get paid in VND. We know that our players need easy access to crypto and fiat, we teamed up with 3rd party payment provider that allows our players convert fiat into crypto when making a withdrawal.

How do I withdraw funds from my account?

Log into your account, head to your "Account" and select "Withdraw". Your funds can only be sent back to the original deposit method.

Does W6 charge fees for withdrawals?

W6 does not charge fees for any withdrawals. However, please be mindful that some payment providers may charge a fee for their services.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Withdrawal requests are processed once daily, usually within 24 hours of receiving the request.  And depending on the payment method, the time you receive your withdrawal may range from a few hours to several days, especially for the bank transfer. If you find that the withdrawal processing time taken is unusual, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Support Team for assistance.

How can I cancel my withdrawal?

If you have a pending withdrawal that has not been processed yet, you can cancel it by going to your "Account" > "Withdraw", click "Show Details" next to the pending transaction on top of the page, and then select "Cancel".
