If the issue persists after applying the above, get in touch with our Customer Support team and send us the below information. We'll see what we can do:
- The error message you are receiving (a screenshot)
- The firewall or security installed on your computer (i.e.Norton, Panda, Avast)
- Explain what did you do to get this error
I'm having trouble loading a game. What should I do?
